When we left the house, temps were still at the overnight low—42 degrees. I don’t often break out the T-necks around here, but felt it was justified. I may regret that choice later today, when it’s 20 degrees warmer.

I need a shorter strap for my puff purselet.

ETA: aw, man, I wish I’d read Angie’s “color, pattern, texture and shine” post first (or that I could add the link in now or delete this and do a new post).

Analyzing today’s outfit, I think I’ve hit all four, but that depends on how you count a couple slippery items.
Color: cranberry T-neck & sleeves peeking out from cream sweater, blue puff
Pattern: maybe
Texture: puff, suede ankle boots, faux fur on the hood
Shine: purse hardware

Is the body of the vest a slick texture or subtle shine? Is it pink enough to count as color?
Damask jeggings and fisherman’s sweater: are these texture or pattern?

Now that it’s warmed up some, I’ve lost the texture and color of the vest, but I’m happy with the remains, as more of the texture & color of sweater and T-neck are visible. Son still hasn’t learned how to take a head to toe photo, but at least you get the shoe color, if not the shape.
