St. Pat’s Week Challenge Days 1/2

Today (Monday #1/2): I don’t have emerald green. Today I am wearing a more citron colored EF sweater with white. Could not resist the citron crocs, my gardening shoes thrifted as a joke.
These white jeans are lower rise than I thought they would be...Paige Hoxtons. I will keep them until I find a better fit and for playing/crawling on the floor with grandkids. Earrings are only green I have. Bought to help women in Vietnam earn a living.
Day 2 #3/4: a new-to- me apple green consigned cardi with black and white and pearl earrings. I wanted to wear this before snow flew and temperatures dropped. It is not quite warm enough today. Worn for a day mostly at home. I feel like I need a scarf. If I go out I will add a black leather trench coat.

Thank you, JAileen. I hope I don’t get pinched! We serve the church youth group dinner that night and have been warned to wear green. Those teens can probably do some serious pinching.
Thank you, Bonnie. It does not feel or look like Spring outside. We are supposed to get at least 7 inches of new snow this week and we still have plenty left from the last snow. I wonder if we will even have Spring this year. May snows and freezing last year deprived us of lots of flowers and later of fruit, plus all the first tree leaves froze. I am seeing some greening on trees today and thinking, Oh, no!

Your spring colors made me so happy! And reminded me that I have green earrings, too. I think I have those same Crocs in my Finds. As long as they are Crocs, why not show that you don’t consider them as *serious* footwear?

My gardening shoes are getting some love! My little grandson loves them.
Katerina, the earrings are sterling silver wire and glass beads. They have some sparkle and also work with an apple green cardi that I plan to wear this week.
Rachylou, how could I up the fashion factor of these Crocs? Maybe line them with green fleece? Add ribbons, glitter? Bedazzle them?
April and Taylor, I love Angie's April Fool posts. She has a believability that sucks me in every time until I remember the date.

I love neon colors. If they are trending , I plan to stock up. They give a healthy glow, especially in summer, plus help keep a senior citizen visible.

So fresh and pretty. A breath of spring that brightened my day as I prep for the next snowstorm (fortunately fast moving this time).. The earrings are lovely and the crocs are perfect.

Today’s green added above. Is apple green too high a contrast with black? I tried adding some white.

Second outfit thumbs up from me. I like it with black. Maybe these ideas that you couldn't wear certain colors with black (I remember some rules from Trinny and Suzanna) are old.

Thank you, Christie and Adriana. The cardigan was a consignment find that fit the week's theme. The brand is Yest, new to me but reminds me of EF. I hope this piece will also work for summer evenings or in air conditioning.

I agree that springy colors look fab on you. I couldn't see this super cute outfit yesterday, my computer was acting up.
