Are these even in chronological order? Heck if I know!
You can see some patterns here. Boring, sturdy shoes, for one! Our November means wet snow. My light-wash Levi's -- I'm liking lighter jeans for darker days.
Most of these ended up with an ink blue puffer on top, either short or long, except for the one with the puffer vest and the one with the blazer.
Today (#1) is the black henley, olive pants, and neckerchief (for a hint of cream). I wore this colour formula a lot late summer/early fall, using these chinos, a black tank top, and my white denim jacket. With my black-and-white sandals, it felt perfect. It feels all right with my cold-weather shoes, but not as perfect. Oh -- and I'm wearing the Allbirds in the pic as slippers; when I went out, I put on my Blundstones. Again. No bare ankles this time of year!
#2 shows the silk scarf + sweatshirt mentioned in a thread on silk scarves last week. This colour palette makes me happy. I find sage + grey + navy very soothing.
#3 -- handknit sweater from my mom, handprinted scarf off of Etsy. This feels very New England native wear to me.
#4 -- same sweater, plus a puffy skirt!
#5 -- colorful cashmere. This sweater is a lifesaver on grey days. My students love this one.
