So... Massage therapy on neck and TMJ have helped me a great deal. Week 3 of working out with a personal trainer which is greatly helping improve my posture, balance, muscle tone, and range of motion. Now possibly the last piece of the puzzle - finding a comfortable pillow.

I had a cervical pillow after a car accident about 14 years ago that I got rid of a couple of years ago. I sleep well at night, but not as well as I used to. Can't find a pillow that is comfortable and offers the support I need. I may ask my personal trainer this week as they work with a PT and chiropractor.

But I thought I would ask all of you first. Have any of you ever found a pillow that immensely improved your sleep and let you wake up to an unstiff neck? Thanks in advance for all your suggestions or recommendations (BTW, I am both a back and side sleeper)
