Pants

These pants are my defaults for when I want something a little dressier than jeans. They do not crush, are really comfy and go with lots of tops. However, as I have said elsewhere I hadn't really looked at my legs much before YLF (no full length mirror) and now I am not sure about these pants. I posted them once before and didn't have great comments.

I feel perhaps that they are too thin and drapy to disguise my big thighs

Anne, those pants are definitely too big for you. They aren't terribly flattering since they are a little baggy. You look so wonderful in the skinny jeans, I think a slimmer silhouette would be better for you.

too big and too baggy. your go-to outfit would be great though if they were a size or two smaller. i'd consider replacing them with a similar color to go with that great denim jacket

I second Dani. The pants look too big on you. I hear you on disguising your thighs--I have the same issue. But in those pants, you are just drawing attention to a sloppy bottom look. I got rid of a pair I had just like 'em. So comfy, but not fashionable.

Yep, you're definitely slimmer and trimmer than those pants allow you to look. I agree with the girls that a slimmer silhouette and/or smaller size is the ticket.

I agree that the pants look too baggy. You can try a smaller size or a trimmer cut. More formfitting is probably going to be much more flattering. After all, you look great ins skinnies!

Just read Angie's blog on microchecks. Probably not showing in the photos, but these pants are microchecks, which makes all the negative feedback even harder to take!
But thanks for the honest feedback anyway!
