Love the Gap flare jeans from last week’s round up ETA photo

ETA Corrected find. Apologies for attaching the wrong find. These are Gap high rise flares.

ETA WIW today. Excuse the wet hair and askew scarf ... my husband doesn’t pay attention to details and I didn’t have time to check the photo before he left. But it’s better lighting than what I can do using the mirror. With new COS sweater, layered with necklace I nought in travel and a scarf from NAS a couple of years ago.

Thanks for the recommendation, Angie. These jeans arrived today and I love them. They fortunately fit my athletic thighs in my normal size (unlike a similar style from Ann Taylor). Love the flare ... works equally well with mid-height heels and fashion sneakers. Color is more medium than in find, which works better for wearing to work. I’m going to have a lot of fun wearing them. Looks great with my new navy COS sweater. Can’t get a good photo, though.

I think these are the updated version of the Gap bootcuts I got years and years of wear from! They are now in a bag destined to serve as ranch wear since they’re past their prime, but I’m impressed that they still have life in them.

Yes, Smittie. I have grown out my hair. Good eye and memory. Partly because I was training too much to get to the hairdresser frequently and partly because I like to put my hair in a ponytail for running in the summer.

I like them and want to order. But I noticed there are high rise and mid rise (long and lean) flare jeans. And I see your hem is different then the one in the find.

Glad they worked so well for you! I find the mid-rise in these (I did try them on a couple of weeks ago) feels too low now, and our local doesn't stock the high-rise for some reason. Funny how what was once comfortable is no longer so at all.

Lisap, I like mid-rise still and thought I’d never wear high rise, but when I get it in
a petite cut the high rise feels perfect. (High rise feels like up to my chest in regular cut, though!). I now have two pairs of high-rise and they are SO comfy and I grab them first.

Used to wear Long and Lean jeans when they were mid-rise. Love the flares on you. Scarf has nice color mix - the little bit of red in it works with the color of your shoes I think ( is it wine/purple ? ).

Slim cat, the shoes are burgundy with a patent toe cap and block heel. My go-to shoe for a lot of outfits. From Rockport.

Fantastic! I got those jeans as well. I rarely buy petite jeans as a regular generally fits better in the rise but these worked really well in petite.
