This is my first WIW post and my first YLF challenge, so please excuse the horrible quality and setting of the pictures. I hope to improve my skills, it is learning by doing for me

The rules I have set for myself are as follows:
- I will document what I wear every day during January.
- The 30 items is a minimum number and will not include outerwear, shoes or handbags, jewelry or glasses. If the number 30 will be exceeded, it is ok.
- I will include scarves (worn indoors), as these almost always are an integral part and sometimes the most important part of my outfit. I will also include toppers worn indoors.
- I have not determined in advance which 30 items I will use, these will be added as the challenge goes forward.

The purpose for me is to actively work with my outfits every day and try to create as much variety as possible. My goal for 2018 is to utilize the wardrobe I already own. I would like to wear all my clothes, including the pieces, which often get left behind for the favorites. I would like to accessorize my outfits in a better way. I would also like to identify wardrobe holes.

Today, I post an outfit I worn to run some errands and doing some shopping. I am not very happy with the outfit actually, this knitted poncho is not my favourite and it is quite difficult for me to style it nicely. However, I decided to be true to the reality in this challenge, and I post also the outfits I wear, but do not love.

I wear navy blue wide trousers and a navy blue silk blouse under a beige knitted poncho. I have added a hand made vintage brooch and a silk Aquascutum scarf in beige, navy and burgundy. I wear burgundy patent leather flat booties, which unfortunately are not visible in the pics. I wear also a pair of large red sunglasses.

Greatful for honest feedback and any ideas about the outfit or my rules for the challenge.
