Here are 14 outfit possibilities for Fall for your review, critique, and suggestions. Where are the holes? What items might I want to look for, to make some of these items work better? Belts? Booties in a third color? Handbag? Feedback and ideas please!

And whomever started this whole idea of planning on the bed and snapping a photo is a GENIUS. Why didn't I think of that???

Please excuse the rumples on some of these items; I pulled them from storage and need to clean/press. And apologies because you can't really see the white blouse or white pleather jacket that well against white bed sheet. Also note that I did not play too much with scarves, or with jewelry. I will take suggestions there if you have them.

Pics 1-3: Three different ways to wear what I call my "Angie" skirt. What year did we get this at NAS, Angie? Pic one is hard to see, but it's a navy blue silk collared blouse, with black moto jacket over it. Note that pic 2 features white billowy chiffon long sleeve blouse, which is absolutely perfect for tucking into high waisted skirts.

Pics 4-5: Dress I got at AT last year. I wore this constantly last season. These are new ways to wear it, with new items (blue booties, KS bag, NAS scarf). I've got more. And it's a given the red bag will go with this, worn with black tall boots. (I was trying to focus not on tall boots for this "early Fall" exercise.)

pics 7-9: ways to wear the leather skirt. pic 8 features the chiffon l/s blouse again. It also features an ancient, pre-YLF statement piece that I have not worn in eons, but it passed YLF test long ago, so I've held on to it. And now gold is back, and to my eye it looks on trend? But not sure what shoes to wear with this.

pics 10-12: feature another ancient item from my closet, an AT skirt I have held on to because it fits and doesn't pinch me in the waist. I haven't worn it in years, because beige has been out of fashion. But beige isn't out of fashion now! So it's being resurrected. Pic 12 is shown with the cowl neck burgundy top that I purchased at the same time as the skirt. Burgundy is back in style -- woo hoo! And pic 10 is shown with the most ancient item of all: I used to wear this brown silk blouse way back in... drum roll please.... 1997!! Have I updated these items or do they look dated?

pic 13: New NAS Suzy Chin color block dress. I know it works with tall black boots. How does it work with the leopard booties?

pic 14: gray theory shift with navy blue l/s blouse. And blue booties. Too blue?

pic 15: Neon color block sheath. Does this work to translate this spring dress to fall, or have I totally lost my marbles? Open to suggestions here. The sheath is that neon citron on the front, with beige on the sleeves, and black on the back. It is sleeveless, but substantial weight and fully lined, so would be warm for Fall, if I can make it work. In the chilly Spring I wore it with black tall boots and denim jacket, with black purse.
