Does this outfit need more accessories?

Here is what I plan to wear to my semi-formal Holiday office party. (I’m calling semi-formal, but it is actually “anything goes” so several people will be in jeans, I guarantee you. Sigh)

Anyway I refuse to be dragged down into casualness on this day!

Could you help me accessorize this outfit? I’m thinking this is enough, but wanted to double check with you.
Have no idea what earrings to wear.

I can buy any inexpensive jewelry.
I also have a long silver necklace but that doesn’t seem right with this high neckline.

FWIW Smittie, you could break up the black? Everything is black - clutch, hose, dress and shoes. Your hair is dark too. I'm very biased because I prefer not to see black worn from head to toe - but I'm in the minority on YLF. And I fully get that you might love wearing the combination. Just mentioned it as an option - in case you liked the idea.

To answer your question: no need for more accessories. It's plenty sparkly.

I actually took the day off to go Christmas shopping so I can look around then.

I'm liking the black on black textures (sorry Angie!). I don't know your earring style, but I'd suggest CZ studs if you want to go a little subtle, or big clusters - CZ, black stones, hematite (or ruby red?). I just saw some nice glittery stuff at Macy's - the Givenchy brand for one - danglies, studs, drops.

Are you wearing your hair up or down? Forget the necklace, and just do an earring.....and which one you pick will depend on your hair...

I love that dress and shoes and bet you'll look gorgeous. Red nails maybe? Or black with chrome or sparkles?

I love the idea of nail polish! Maybe I could match it to my clutch.

Gorgeous dress and it will look fabulous on you. I'd go with a statement earring (if you wear your hair back or up) or another type if not, and if you want, switch out the footwear or clutch for a different colour or silver. You'll look wonderful!

Despite I am not a fan of all black, I like this outfit very much. I think that the sparkle in the dress tempers the black and makes the outfit interesting. As per the jewelry, I am a fan of necklaces so I am biased .... I find Bijou's suggestion brilliant!

I like the idea of the CZ earrings and a colourful clutch with matching nail polish.

As a backup, some bigger earrings. Maybe something Costumey, or maybe something modern like those creeper earrings I’ve seen on this forum.

They don’t want to let their clothes get in the way of enjoying socializing with co-workers? The horror!

I like the sparkly black, acres with KKards that the sparkle takes it out of the “all black” realm. Best accessorized with some charity and open-mindedness.
