Inspired by Angie's post today on trending colour palettes, I dug up some old photos from early fall. This one features mustard, a colour I love but find difficult to wear, coupled with navy and denim. The blazer is a thrifted Eileen Fisher in linen, the jeans are ancient Red Engine that I overdyed a bit to tone down the distressing, the tee is just a beater from American Apparel, and the shoes are Vivobarefoot Nancy -- a staple for me since I've started transitioning into minimalist footwear the past year or two. I think the mustard I gravitate towards is on the greenish end of yellow, some hints of olive or split pea in there (yum!).

I'm one of those people who does manage to photograph outfits with some regularity, but never gets around to posting on here - not so much out of shyness, just out of laziness and a disorderly life.
