I consistantly have the problem with some Eddie Bauer and LL Bean pants. I recently got some CK jeans that did the same thing, thus prompting this post. Others like Gloria V's and NYDJ's, which actually are tighter, don't do it. If you are talking about it happening on one or two pair, I would say it is a defective zipper and should be returned. I have recently gone from a size 14 to a size 4, and it doesn't seem to make any difference. Nor does it seem to make a difference as to how tight the jeans are.<br /> Does it have something to do with the rise? Help! </p>
