Who knows - I once bought a Zara shirt (that I have just purged) that was XL size and fit snug on me, when I am normally an M.

Yes, Zara runs tiny. I'm an S/M or 6-8 on tops and I take L from Zara.

Cool top, would definitely try it, since zara always runs very small.

I am a US4 and I wear M or L at Zara.

Good luck

Zara sizing is whack. Like Janet, I'm a US 8 normally and take a Large at Zara, but a numerical size 8. The problem is that they don't correlate S/M/L with the numerical sizes the same way most other stores do, where for example 8 is usually a M, at Zara it's a L. If you look at the size chart this is actually reflected there, so take a close look at the size chart measurements before you order.

I concur. I'm usually a 4 but a Zara medium.

That said, I send back probably 90% of what I order from Zara, fit and fabric quality are inconsistent. I keep ordering from them though because the stuff that works is really good, and I'm in the US where they have free shipping and returns.

I would try it. I am a medium or small (generally US dress size 6 or 8) most everywhere else, but need larges when I shop at Zara.

Nice top - love the colour. Mostly cotton with polyester - looks like it has a nice drape. Why not go for it? I am generally XS or S - but wear mostly Medium with Zara since I find Zara sizing on the small side.

http://www.zara.com/webapp/wcs.....IC%20WAIST

Unfortunately, I've been eyeing this Zara top too long, as it only comes in M size now. I'm usually a XS or S, but I know Zara sizing varies significantly. Do you think I have a shot at making this work? It has an oversized look which may be in my favor (looks better larger) or maybe not (the oversize look may be accounted for in the sizing already so S would be larger on me)....

What do you think? Is it worth paying shipping to give it a go?
