				<description>&#060;p&#062;Good to know AM!&#060;br /&#062;I have always found customer service at Zara lacking. However, a trick I have learned is that is you are in the store - go to the men's dept to pay or return an item. Like public washrooms, the line is always shorter for the men.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Glory, they aren't difficult per se -- but sometimes they have to call a manager to okay it all, and there's always a long lineup at every Zara I've ever been to -- and they have to do it item by item, so it can take a while. So I try to time it for early in the morning. I guess I could just do it by post from now on instead.&#038;nbsp;

I find many places are a bit like that and after awhile I find I just avoid shopping as I am Queen Returna. I have only returned via Post so far.

I don't have a Zara in my city but regularly travel to a city where there is one, so I time my orders for when I know I am going there -- simplifies matters a bit. Although it isn't much fun to return at the store -- they make a big deal out of it. I do find their deliveries arrive at lightning speed, however!!&#038;nbsp;

The website says 30 days from the date of the confirmation, which would mean mine needs to be returned by Oct 13th but it doesn't say if it needs to be posted by Oct 13th or received at their site by Oct 13th. &#038;nbsp;I'm assuming posted by the 13th&#038;nbsp;but wanted to check to make sure. &#038;nbsp;I'm waiting for some boots in a different size that I want to compare. &#038;nbsp;Thanks for your help!!
