The gold hard wear and neckline make it look very non-gear and so different to your TNF jacket. I think you can go with either size. If you are likely to wear it mainly zipped up, the larger size; if you wear your jackets open, then the smaller one. Personally, I would go for the larger size as I like having my jackets a bit roomier with the potential for layering. I have a real sugar eye for that color for myself, and I tried on the same puffer this past weekend. I reluctantly put it back because I knew that collar would drive my short-necked self crazy. However, I did end up with another cropped puffer in white, which is on it's way to me now. The collar on that one was much more flattering, and I love the white. I sized up as well. I did well at Zara, which normally isn't the case for me there, and nabbed a sweatshirt dress (tunic on me) and pin striped pullover too.
