				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yeah, I'm not sure why but I have always had to ask for my post office to give it to me for the extra money. I only know about it b/c I use it for my ebay stuff that I sell, at the recommendation of the person working at the post office. &#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;the post office didn't give me a tracking option, and when I did the return thing on line zappos told me that I wouldn't be able to track a post office return, but in the moment it was a more convenient option (I was headed to the mall and there is a PO there)&#060;br /&#062;
I will definitely use UPS from now on with my zappos returns.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Kim, you may know this but you can also get a tracking number from the US postal service too - I think it is 70 cents extra but you can track your packages that way and it less than the UPS costs. &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Glad Zappos came through like the champs they are. It's amazing - they are so positive, everything is a resounding 'Yes!'

Yes, they're pricier than other online shoe retailers, but when it really matters and you need the shoes fast, they're the way to go. It's also reassuring to know that if I need to send shoes back, the process is relatively painless and hassle-free. In these days of horrible customer service, companies like Zappos stand out to me because I've found that their customer service reps will usually go the extra mile to resolve an issue as quickly, politely, and professionally as possible.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;What I like about Zappos is the trust they seem to have in the customers. They credited your account even though they hadn't received the merchandise. My friend and I were planning outfits for a trip she had and she needed to get a different size of shoes rushed to her. They sent it right away without billing her, trusting that she would be sending back the pair that didn't work.&#060;br /&#062;
This is very rare!

I do usually ship back in the same shipping box just because I don't have a selection of boxes sitting around to choose from... but I can see how you might find it easier to return the dress in a smaller box.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;A few weeks ago I had $400 worth of shoes sent from Zappos for my husband.  We kept one and I sent the rest back via postal service.  As I hadn't recieved a return verification yet, I just called to check on it... yada yada.... after being on the phone with the gal for probably 5 minutes tops, she is issuing my refund even though they have no way to track it through the postal service.&#060;br /&#062;
I was getting ready to throw up or shoot myself for trusting the USPS with a $250 package.  I will make sure to do all my  returns via UPS in the future but I could just kiss the gal who I dealt with on the phone.&#060;br /&#062;
yay for happy endings  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>   I just hope the package finally arrives to Zappos.
