I've only bought there once because I can usually find a better deal, but now that I've been ordering more, I see that the free, fast, easy returns/exchanges are worth it. The decision makes sense economically. Wonder how long the free 1-day shipping for VIP members will last? I'm a VIP member and I ordered shoes this past Sunday night and got them on Tuesday morning. Given the economy they said they had to choose between upholding their excellent customer service or the free overnight shipping. I am glad they decided to retain their customer care quality. I got a free VIP membership from Zappos and thought the inventory is slightly limited VIP members always get free overnight shipping.
