I had to wear thong sandals for a couple of days during early winter!! My boss accidentally trod on it OMG the pain was almost worse than when I first injured it however it relieved the worst of the pressure and meant I could get trainers on. I don't recommend it as a treatment!!! Well, today my big toe (which has grown back half a nail) is very angry with me...the nail is not growing back properly (ingrown) and is clearly infected. Off to the doctor tomorrow afternoon to see what can be done. I have the feeling I'll be living in my hideous Under Armour gear sandals for a bit since they don't cover the toes at all. Now how on earth am I supposed to make those look good with a dress or skirt, I ask you??? </p> <p>Angie - got any advice on that one? </p>
