It's the only thing I can use on my lips for moisturizing, which are super sensitive to scents, lip balms, toothpaste, you name it! Fwiw, the more 'natural' stuff is actually the absolute worst for me ... Especially anything with essential oils etc, are extremely harsh for me. Worth testing if you are noticing new dryness or peeling. Sephora has had it in a smaller size in their “samples” section and the tiny tub is lasting me forever. A little dab before bedtime goes a long way.</p> <p>I also find that occasionally exfoliating helps. About once or twice a week (usually before running) I’ll exfoliate with a Lush lip scrub. It’s essentially castor sugar with some jojoba oil and shea butter mixed in so I suppose one could DIY a lip scrub. (Also one tub lasts me an extremely long time.)</p> <p>I like Burt’s Bees moisturizing lip balm.
