Thank you. DD had a great time at prom -- apparently at her school everyone dances all night with breaks for water and candy.  I have attached a few photos; it is hard to capture the color of the dress, but I think it was a very good choice with her eye color. The dress has a modest slit in front and a band of sheer lace in the mid-section. We grabbed anything that we thought might look good --paying attention to color and material -- and she tried them all on. I made sure she did a little "catwalk" down the dressing room aisle to see how it moved and I took photos of her face to face and also in the mirror so she could see clearly and we could discuss. When she looked good I told her so and when it didn't flatter I made sure to let her know it was the dress and not her!  She found "the one" and looks like a million in it.  I'll see if I can get her permission to post a photo...</p> <p>Anyway, after a few months here on the forum, I could hear your voices in my head -- you were all sitting on my shoulder giving good advice </p>
