Look at the changes between the 20s and 30s, and compare that again with the changes between the 30s and 40s: the 40s definitely didn't see as much change.</p> <p>Isn't it amazing how much more slowly fashions changed? The second part of the 40s on the other hand, saw the beginning of fashion trends that would culminate in the 50s. So they are grouped together as well. </p> <p>So if you've voted for the 40s, I will then count it as a vote for the 30s.
