I'm watching from the sidelines! </p> <p>I was looking into hotel reservations before I found out I could not make it. I don't think you need to pay upfront for the hotel rooms. The only thing you need to reserve a block of rooms is ONE credit card on file, and as people check in, the front desk will change the reservation to the credit card of the person taking the room. </p> <p>IMPORTANT: Don't use a banking/ ATM card with a CC logo on it. So sorry though that I wasn't more specific! You out-of-towners will want to fly into the Orange County John Wayne Airport. It is super close to the hotel (I think Rae has the details on the hotel), as well as the areas where we will be spending our time. Last year the out-of-towners came in Friday afternoon and evening and then we were all set to go first thing Saturday morning. If I remember right, some of the out-of-towners left Sunday night and some of them didn't leave until Monday. However, "one-dayers" are welcome as well!
