What a great question, Patty, I'm very interested to hear more about this too.
I do love the look and am still thinking about getting one at one point, but as Rita mentions it would be for milder temperatures only.

Fun to style, hard to wear. I would echo Louise's concerns. You can't get a coat over one so it is a fall/spring item for me. I got one for fun, it wasn't alot of money so I am not regretting my purchase. I am looking forward to wearing it again once the weather warms up.

I love love love the look of capes but haven't found them to be terribly practical I can't get my handbag over my shoulder when wearing one and I'm not a fan of hand held bag. I must give cross body bags a go x

I am fascinated to know how popular item buys turn out over time.

There was alot of energy around capes around here last summer /fall. For those of you who've bought one how has it been for you--is it everything you dreamed of??
Have they suited your need? How bout an update on an YLF hot ticket item?
My husband and kids gave me a flees cape as a gift last winter--I've worn it around the house like a sweater to keep warm but haven't had it out this year yet. Hope to wear it to get the kids at school in the spring tho to. So haven't got huge wear out of it but glad to know it's around to grab--like a sweater alternative.
