If I'm just meeting Sarah and/or Patience after school for coffee or low-key shopping, then I will wear what I normally wear to school, which is usually casual/smart casual, depending on the weather. Likewise I think in those situations Sarah is just wearing what she wore to work (which is always fabulous).</p> <p>The Seattle meetup I put a decent amount of thought into, but I was also traveling a long way by car, and I didn't have much warm weather clothing, which made things difficult. It was a smaller-scale affair than some of the other gatherings, since it just involved two of us for a dinner date, but I know I'd be in pretty great company and wanted to try and keep pace! I wore an outfit that had received *very* strong ylf approval about a year ago and that incorporated a couple of elements I wouldn't be sporting without this website. My outfit was a patterned-knee-length skirt in black, yellow and grey paired with a yellow blouse (at the right length). Pewter sandals and chunky pearls are staples of my current look, but had no place in my pre-ylf wardrobe (more's the pity)!
