I haven't really shopped for clothes in the city since college 100 years ago (and that was mostly 2nd hand stuff form Canal Jean) but I'm partial to SoHo. (I'm not a fan of shopping Midtown.) Soho can get pretty crowded, but I've found it's sometimes more crowded on Sundays than Saturdays. </p> <p>So looking forward to this. I have a friend who just relocated to NYC from DC and has extended an open invite to stay at his place any time. Then again, I might treat myself to a hotel. </p> <p>I'm excited! Ann Taylor/Loft/Gap/other chain stores are pretty much everywhere. If I was able to attend *sigh* I'd want to go into the boutique/non-chain stores that I'm normally intimidated to walk into/find hard to comb through since I have the moral support.
