I do suspect it is some sort of IE bug. Since launching the collector just over a year ago we have hit this problem with Internet Explorer a few times. I have never been able to nail down exactly why it happens, or exactly which steps fix the problem. Typically we go through all the steps of deleting the cache and restarting the browser and at some point it magically starts working.</p> <p>I don't think reinstalling the bookmarklet will help, but the place where you can read about it is here:&nbsp;<a rel="nofollow" href="http://youlookfab.com/finds/help/">http://youlookfab.com/finds/help/</a></p> <p>One thing that has never failed is to use a different web browser, so if you do also use Chrome or Firefox, that is an option. But I also understand when people prefer to stick to the browser they know.</p> <p>Back to IE, the first thing to try is to quit the application completely and then try again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting the computer completely. It doesn't seem to think I am logged in.</p> <p>Here are some screenshots where you can see that I am logged in, I am at Nordstrom's who is part of the YLF Collect retailers, and it's still not a go.&nbsp; I also included screenshots of my Internet settings. </p> <p>Wondering if I need something else to make the bookmark work?&nbsp; Perhaps I need to reinstall it (although, to be truthful, I tried that and couldn't;t figure out how to do it again, even on the Finds page)</p>
