Your settings have "Accept Third Party Cookies" set to "Never". The only way my collector can know who you are when you are on the Nordstrom website is via such a cookie.</p> <p>But you can keep this setting. You just need to allow YLF to use a cookie. You can do so by clicking that "Exceptions" button. Can you please tell me what your Privacy settings are under "Internet Options"?</p> <p>For example, mine are attached. I do have ad blockers.</p> <p>I have tried restarting my whole computer, and that doesn't work either. That is usually the first thing I do when I have technical&nbsp;issues. What might help is logging out from YLF and then shutting down IE completely (i.e. stopping the app, not merely closing the windows).</p> <p>Then start up again, log in to YLF and go to Nordstrom to collect the item.</p> <p>Couple questions: has anything changed recently?
