I used my husband's non-bank enabled computer, and it worked fine. I will take a look at the setting tonight. Thanks so much!

Diana, I see the problem. Your settings have "Accept Third Party Cookies" set to "Never". The only way my collector can know who you are when you are on the Nordstrom website is via such a cookie.

But you can keep this setting. You just need to allow YLF to use a cookie. You can do so by clicking that "Exceptions" button. Enter "youlookfab.com" in the dialog that appears and click "Allow".

Then it should work.

It's version 38.0.1 (just updated this morning, I think) and I still got the
"not logged in" message when I tried it just now. Like I said, it has never, ever worked on any version of firefox for me, and firefox has been through many versions since you started finds.

Yes, I have custom settings - see the attached photo.

Diana, I quickly tried this on my Mac (10.10.3) and the latest version of Firefox is working (we don't have 10.6.8 on any of our Macs, but I don't think version of the OS will be a factor).

Which version of FF are you using?

Also, are you using any custom settings for browser History? This is under Preferences > Privacy > Use custom settings for history

Greg, I have always had this problem with Firefox (most recent version) on my Mac (OS 10.6.8), from day 1 with finds (from all stores). I gave up and just use safari for finds now, so I haven't been trying to fix it recently, but I do remember that clearing the cache and all history, and disabling all add-ons, all did nothing.

That software may have changed your IE settings in a way that stops the YLF collector from seeing that you're logged in. Can you please tell me what your Privacy settings are under "Internet Options"?

For example, mine are attached. This is the default setting.

You can get to the Internet Options page by clicking the little gear icon near the top right of the IE window (my second picture).

I wonder if it has to do with some software I recently installed from my bank. They asked all online customers to put it on their computer to as an additional security measure.

I have no plug ins or extensions - just whatever I downloaded from Microsoft homepage as an upgrade. I do have ad blockers.

I have tried restarting my whole computer, and that doesn't work either. That is usually the first thing I do when I have technical issues. No idea why it works, but it fixes about 50% of them.

A while back a few people using IE experienced something similar. I was never able to reproduce the problem myself. What might help is logging out from YLF and then shutting down IE completely (i.e. stopping the app, not merely closing the windows).

Then start up again, log in to YLF and go to Nordstrom to collect the item.

Couple questions: has anything changed recently? Like an upgrade to IE, or something that might have changed IE's settings?

Also, do you have any plugins or extensions installed in IE? Like an ad blocker perhaps?

I keep trying to use the YLF collect, but instead of collecting, I get the error screen in the picture below. I am logged into YLF in another window while trying to capture. Not sure what I am doing wrong . . .
