Rather than repeating how good you look, I'll add something about why I think the answer to your question about plaid on the bottom is "yes." </p> <p>I think (and I'm new to this so I hope Angie will steer this idea back on course if I'm missing the mark) that the reason you can totally carry off the plaid shorts is that you have styled them with the correct length top. What would not flatter a pretty pear would be to have the top too short, so that the plaid and the pear were beginning at the same place, if that makes sense.</p> <p>This way, the pear is skimmed over by the elongated top line, and the plaid is just visual interest below. </p> <p>I'm impressed that there hasn't been one challenge un-nailed.
