But finally I saw a thread that really made snap to attention -- it was a plea for help from a very stylish&nbsp;member who is blind&nbsp;-- and I saw the character of the people in this group, their kindness, sensitivity, and intelligence. And that's when I joined the forum. </p> <p>For a while my blog reading remained scattershot -- i read it every day or almost every day, but not necessarily that day's blog entry!
