As someone else suggested in your other post, can you get your current La Canadiennes stretched out a bit for the upcoming season. As you said they seem snugger (is that a word? LOL) every year and I wonder if the leather might actually "shrink back" a bit after a season of not being worn? (I don't know, I'm just thinking out loud...)

Actually, I think the miz mooz might be too tall. Anyway, I tried wearing them while getting ready for bed last night and they were so stiff. The foot area is fine, but the boot shaft just doesn't move with my leg. Miz Mooz doesn't seem to like me. I think I'm going to just save up a little for another pair of la canadiennes. So no, probably no pics. I can't be bothered unless I'm really uncertain about something. I just don't have time.

A local store appears to have the Kindle oxfords in a 6.5, so I'm going to see if I can get down there and try them out. They're keepers, just need to be sure of the size.

Maya thank you for the review on the boots I hope they work for you. Do you like the height of the shaft? Infinity Shoes had some pretty Miz Mooz boots on sale. Did you like any on them? I know what you mean about a shoe parade. My mother asked me was I going to open a store. Good luck.

There is a shoe parade going on in my house. Oh my.

Miz Mooz Kailia boots came today. They fit me remarkably well. In fact, maybe a little too well. They are very, very snug at the ankle. I am hoping they loosen up a bit and relax with wear, but right now they feel a little awkward when I walk, and I'm afraid they'll chafe the back of my heel/ankle. Calves are a perfect fit, though. The only other downside is the stretch fabric, which I didn't notice in the pictures. It's a lot larger than I would have guessed and looks a little cheap. Overall I'm unsure. I'll have to wear them around and see if they relax and become less stiff through the ankle.

Once again, http://www.endless.com/Miz-Moo.....aunch_date

Nicole Kindle oxfords:

http://www.amazon.com/nicole-W.....B0026IBJOU

I am not sure if I will keep these or go down a half size. They are much better for me than the Histeric oxfords. The mouth is slightly larger, and they have a very classic menswear feel without looking like men's shoes. And they are actually much more comfortable for me, which is saying a lot, considering the Histerics were pretty comfy. They are a little long though so I may try a 6.5. They are definitely YLF store-worthy, if I do say so myself.
