&#060;p&#062;For fabric, I would brush on hydrogen peroxide and try sunning the belt.  If it is leather, go with Tarrago. Works really well. Maybe hack some fabric off the hem and diy a new belt.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I’m wearing an old, an ancient Ralph Lauren sundress. White with black roses, like an ink drawing. It has a belt which I often forget, but I pulled it out today. It has turned yellow! I guess they must have glued the fabric onto the leather before stitching. Do all y’all think there is a way to make it white again and without fading the roses?
