The peplum is very cute and is consistent&nbsp;with your style, but all that fabric is going to be a mess when it's wet. It will either droop, hang funny, or both. There are peplum styles made that way; I have seen them. Those might be more practical in the sense that they cannot expose anything (because it is still a one piece), and the "pieces" stay in place because, well, it's still a one piece! I think it's annoying and prefer a bikini (even now at 6 mo pregnant I've been wearing a bikini.
