If the collar bothers you, then it should go back - would you be comfortable wearing it fully buttoned up all the time? BTW, Esprit has a great-looking wool military coat right now. I think it's called "admiral's coat" and comes in camel and black. The fit is great and the color is gorgeous, but the collar would be constantly in the way and looks a bit too high on you. I also dislike the REALLY shiny gold buttons, buttons like this always look cheap to me. I like the black and cream dress on you!
