You guys are freakin' AWESOME! SO sweet to get such a warm welcome back I wasnt sure anyone would even remember me....Thank you all *SO* much Biscuit is doing fairly well, considering his age (most Shar Pei have a 8-10 yr lifespan, and he is 11.5 yrs old right now) Every day with him is truly a Blessing, to us. The cooler Fall air is much kinder to his asthma and allergies, Ive been able to take him almost every day for his 1 block walk (it's all he can do, but he really enjoys it) so he's happy Im home w/him, most of the time. Otherwise, things have been...ok, I guess. Our 'house guests' FINALLY moved out a few months ago! YAY! It was getting pretty bad, especially towards the end. But we gave them a deadline and stuck to it, and at 11 pm that night, they were gone About a month ago, I got a call from Michelle and she needed a ride to her Dr, so I took her and on the way home she asked if ' just me' could move back in!!!! Um, NO! After they left us, they moved in w/her son, who is in the Army, for 6 weeks, then both of them moved in w/her daughter, her boyfriend, and granddaughter, also a roommate, so there is 6 people (illigeally)in a 1 bedroom apt! OY! Only her daughter and her roommate are working We are still trying to recover, financially, from that.
