I originally had thigh highs tights but will replace them with waist high ones for safety. Where I am, boots are very common at dance clubs. Salsa clubs tend to have salsa, rumba, mambo, merengue &amp; bachata .... the style of dance depends on the song the DJ is playing. Also, if I am wearing a higher heel, the padding in boots makes the heels a lot more comfortable then a sandal. Do you dance as well? You could maybe wear a skater-style skirt that has a looser structure, although with that you have to be careful that when you spin, the hem won't fly up and expose parts of you that you don't want exposed. :)</p> <p>I'm not quite clear on the type of tights; are they thigh-highs? If so, I'm pretty sure they will fall down eventually and be an annoyance for you.
