My five yr old (H) started kindergarten 2 weeks ago and my 2 1/2 year old (M) started a mothers day out program a week ago. I've been an emotional mess with sending my babies off to school. </p> <p>My younger daughter, who is my adventurous, fearless one, cried and cried when I dropped her off for the first time. Uggghhh. It was horrible, but luckily only lasted for about 5 minutes after I left (or rather, after my husband forced me to leave!). </p> <p>1. This dress is one of my favorite summer dresses. It's from Loft. I threw on the gold belt at the last minute. Hopefully, it's not too much. Wearing white after Labor Day since the highs are still in the 90s here. </p> <p>2. H's first day of school. Her style rubric consists of pink and dresses or skirts. </p> <p>3. M's first day of school. Her style rubric consists of picking out the opposite of what I want her to wear. </p> <p>Tomorrow is week 2 of school for M. I'm hoping it will be less tearful and traumatic (for both her and me Thanks for looking! </p>
