You may have to walk on soft sod. If the garden is in a windy or full sun area, it could be something to consider...a wrap, a sun hat.<br /> Since the skirt is full, a fitted top seems the way to go. Will you need to do a lot of walking between ceremony and dinner, from parking to ceremony, etc.? Probably cocktail attire is good, but you could always shoot them a message to double-check. As for footwear, you might think about a flat sandal or chunkier heel, in case you're walking on grass in the public garden or between venues.
