The top is a deep eggplant silk tunic. I have a vague memory of purple being her favorite color. I have the same top in a light grey/silver if you think that might be better. These pants are ponte, but I think I'll have to go with a slim satin pair because they don't play nicely with the way I walk in the cast. By the time I got to the event, I'd be wearing the right pant leg backwards!
