				<description>&#060;p&#062;This reminds me of the great customer service I had from Zappos recently. I had ordered a pair of beach slides ($39) and another pair of similar shoes (more $$) was sent to me instead. When I called customer service, they said to keep the wrong shoes, no charge (they suggested donating them if I didn’t want them) and they would send me the correct ones. Kind of amazing and a bit decadent, I thought, but I have always been a fan of Zappos, like Nordstrom.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I received two boxes the other day, one with my correct order and packing slip and a second with the same packing slip and completely different items. I believe I was only charged once, but I am going to call to be sure and get a label and advice for returning. What was baffling is that it was an order the SA requested for wrong-size items I was interested that were coming from another store. It almost feels like they shipped me someone else's order by mistake (with the wrong packing slip).

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Nordstrom’s once sent me the wrong colour bag.  It was mislabeled.  I’d been stalking it, and was so excited when the “right” one popped back up online. By the time it got to me, in Canada, a couple of weeks had gone by. I figured there was no way that I was ever going to get my beloved bag after that amount of time (hadn’t been available online within a day or two of me ordering it). So I called, and the SA tracked one down for me from a store, and had it shipped. I was very impressed.   And relieved!

I recently received the wrong size dress from Boden, and they were also very good about taking the return.  The dress was mislabeled.  I think sale items maybe more susceptible to error because of the quick turn around and large mail order volume.

I just called and they emailed me a return slip, put in the original order and rushed delivery, and removed the charge. I don't think it will be any problem for you to return the wrong ones in store (and hopefully have them send you the proper ones).
