Their designs have stepped up....I don't know if you know that Sears owns them and Sears has been making a HUGE effort to become more fashionable across the board - Sears brands, Lands End ( which has introduced a new capsule ) and Kmart.</p> <p>My sister loves most of the Jaqueline Smith stuff there. The quality is decent, I have to say, at least in that line.</p> <p>It's a great place to get stuff that you will wear to death for a season but no longer. And every once in a while they have good Thom Mcann shoes ( remember them ? ). They have good kids' shoes.</p> <p>I should say that at the end of the season - I stock up on scarves, tights for me and my daughter - dirt, dirt cheap. Their design team is certainly better than in the past. However, their prices seems to have really jumped as well- and the fabrications and quality don't seem to reflect the higher prices.
