She used to be the manager there.</p> <p>I hate that when SAs give you the runaround on returns. There is one store that I've gone to that is just terrible about taking returns and tries to make you feel guilty about it. It has to be the manager's influence, because another store in the same chain is super-nice about it. Way to kill sales, people!&nbsp; </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wow-great-service-on-return-at-aeropostale#post-1206161 Thu, 27 Mar 2014 00:05:11 +0000 Linda 1206161@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>After ranting a good deal about my EXPRESS mail-order return debacle, I thought I should be fair and give praise where it is due.</p> <p>I steeled myself today when DH suggested we go and return the double-ordered vest and pair of tights to Aeropostale at the nearby Mills mall.&nbsp; After I ordered a too-large size of EXP workout pants and then found it nearly impossible to exchange 'em, I figured this would be return h*ll.&nbsp; And was I ever surprised!&nbsp; Walked in and was greeted, said that I needed to return a purchase, and voila, with a smile, the clerk ran through her process, credited my credit card, and wished us a great day!</p> <p>I wound up ordering a different style and size of EXP pant (compression leggings), and got them on a great deal, recently, but the experience soured me on doing much shopping there.&nbsp; I don't find a lot at Aeropostale, but they were so pleasant, I might find myself visiting more.&nbsp; (I'm probably more likely to find crop tops for my teen granddaughter there, I know.&nbsp; Still, some of the accessories at stores like Aero can add something to an outfit.) </p>
