This works very well on you, particularly because of your dark hair color. I am blonde, so with navy/black combo, I tend to need a pop of cream/white to go with it, such as a pearl necklace. Your necklace works here to similar effect. </p> <p>Also when wearing navy and black together, I go for TEXTURE. If the items are all one texture, it doesn't work quite as well. So if pants are matte, blouse might be silky/shiny. With suede shoes or boots.
