Also, I can't say enough about Fluevog's customer service. I don't have a retail store here so ordered these online, and someone from the New York store (where they'd be shipping my order from) called me to tell me that they ran large and to order a half size down. I did, but when they arrived they were still too big - I normally wear a 7, these were a 6.5 - and I had to send them back. But they have this new color called "cinnamon" which I might actually like better - more of a cognac color. I was showing it to a real-life friend and she thought it looked more red than brown, though - it's hard to tell on a monitor! What do you think? I have a Fluevog gift certificate that's burning a hole in my pocket... </p>
