They don't even know they are doing it. I wish I could remember the name of the show that talked about this. I think it was a BBC show. </p> <p>Meanwhile women, without necessarily realizing it, respond most favorably to men who are tall and appear to be well off financially. I know it all sounds stereotypical and it is, but the research is pretty convincing. Remember this is all done subconsciously so it doesn't matter what we *say* we prefer. </p> <p>As for dressing stylishly, edgy, fashionably, I think as long as you emphasize your waist, it doesn't matter WHAT you wear. Most guys don't really notice fashion as much as we think they do. On the flip side, whether we realize it or not, us women are evaluating potential dates based very much on what the guy is wearing. </p> <p>Dating is just like interviewing. Although white teeth and shiny hair also help. Guys --subconsciously-- are evaluating your fertility and health.
