Thanks Lyn, Deb, Angie and Unfrumped. It doesn't really matter of it doesn't work. It was 4 bucks years ago and has done its cpw.
Had a look at those sites Deb. I think I can see what you are talking about. I won't throw it out and can as Unfrumped said use it underneath

I vote too fitted also. Everything I'm seeing is more breezy and boxy or fluid. But in winter might work very well under a boxier sweater or vest.

It's too fitted in this silhouette to look current, to my eye. Tight crop tops are a lot skimpier for Summer - so no sleeves or turtleneck. And this is clearly a Winter top. If you wore it layered to showcase your midriff - that might work. But not a practical look for Winter.

Im not sure. Have a look at Asos and the Iconic as I have seen some similar but may just a bit more fluid.

It might be a little too fitted for the current trend Anne, perhaps you could use it as a layering piece instead?

I pulled this old top out randomly to wear for an at home sat. The bedroom was dark!
It is quite body con though a little looser around the waist.
Anyway I'd love to hear your input
on whether it would work with a longer top underneath for a current cropped look
