That's a nice idea. Perhaps the title of the post is confusing people. I'm all set with my Cons, but thank you!

I Think this makes a lot of sense, Elly.

I don't currently require any converse shoes, however, I'm sure someone will snatch this up

Hey ladies,

I have a credit at a shop from several years ago (it slipped my mind). I have tried to order clothing to use the credit-- but unfortunately I have been disappointed in the quality. The fabric is cheap.

However, I still have $45 dollars in credit and have noticed that they sell converse all stars.

I don't wear them, but I know many ladies do.

I was wondering if maybe someone who would like a new pair of low top canvas would go the round about way of having me order them (I would have the company ship to them)-- then maybe we could work something out where we trade the shoes for a gift card or something that is part of the value of a pair of cons-- since they would be doing me a big favor.

I know this is a really weird request, but I would love to find a way to not lose the value of the credit without having to waste the money on something that will no doubt be in shreds right away. I considered using the credit as a gift to a friend or family member IRL, but don't currently have anyone that would be able to use it, except one female friend who is adamant about not doing gifts this year (I don't want to guilt her into spending money she is saving on me).

Too weird?
