I currently have three hot weather shoes, two nude and one black, plus a pair of nude boots for cooler days. I thought the wedge sneakers would be a good place to start, since #1 only seems to be available at Bloomies, and #2 I only found on one site that does free returns.</p> <p>...but I realized that no one in Italy wore shorts, so I don't know if these are even good for me. Do any of these work with the kind of short shorts I wear? At first I was thinking that the yellow colors would be more leg lengthening, but maybe the height of the shaft is more important? </p> <p>Added two photos of typical summer shorts outfits - #2 I would wear without tights in summer, obviously, but it's one of the more neutral combos and would probably look better with bright shoes. </p>
