I took a day shopping at a large mall earlier in the summer (we live in a very rural area with no good shopping), and that experience has helped me know where to start size-wise with some of the online retailers I will order from in the future. Once you figure out the brand and style in that brand (since they all thankfully have about 3 or 4 now) suits you best, you can have a kind of go to place for some of the basics as you rebuild your wordrobe.
