I’ve found pleated or A-line leather/ pleather skirts at just too overwhelming. </p> <p>I like it best with the warm- toned solids &amp; also the texture of a sweater knit. I can see it would run warm, but for me if not wearing tights I’d be chilly in a/c!<br /> So to extend into warmer seasons a bit, you could wear cotton knits with “ heft” plus flats, &amp; then of course warmer sweaters , tights, chunkier shoes or boots in cooler weather. Shoulder seasons &amp; winter.</p> <p> I probably would not try to do summer sleeveless, floaty floral fabrics just to get more wears, though admittedly there could be a juxtaposition opportunity there. Where I might try that would be some sort of dressy artsy occasion, with something like a metallic blouse &amp; dressier shoes.
