Right up my alley. Utilitarian and pockets for days. Styling for the apocalypse.&nbsp;<br />Well, now I know what to look for.&nbsp;<br />One of the sticky points about being 5 feet tall is getting a skirt in a midi length. Pleats cannot be shortened, so they are out.&nbsp;<br />Here, near Dallas, its all over the map on styles. Lots of very tight and short and bright. I like a pleated midi skirt, but the pleats have to be just right otherwise they add too much volume to my hips. I don't mind the a-line midis, either, provided the slits don't go too high. Long slightly a-line leather and denim skirts, woollen knit skirts and silk bias cuts with less pattern and focus on fabrication and cut.
