The problem is that a lot of them have awful sleeves for my inverted-triangle tendencies; lots of fluttery sleeves and cap sleeves, or too strappy/sleeveless for working with kids. I live in Tucson, where the highs will regularly be in the low 100s. I'm not sure yet how AC crazy the school will be, but I want to have a collection of tops that can be worn alone and look professional and polished enough. Right now I have a lot of nice simple t-shirts, but I'm looking for tops with a bit more style to them.
